TriBEL Consulting isn’t just a business, it’s the living testimony of a journey shaped by faith, motherhood, and a calling to serve.
I began my career as an educator in under-resourced schools, where I witnessed firsthand the systemic barriers that keep children and families from accessing the opportunities they deserve. As a teacher and later an instructional leader, I quickly realized that the challenges in the classroom were only one part of a much larger story one that required community-level solutions, equity-driven strategies, and sustainable funding.
Raised in a marginalized community and shaped by the realities of growing up in poverty, I know what it means to stretch, to overcome, and to rise. My childhood was marked by financial hardship, trauma, and instability. But it was also marked by resilience, faith, and a determination to break generational cycles.
As a mother of three boys—Bryant, Elliot, and Legend—I carry a deep sense of purpose in everything I do. Their names are etched into the identity of this business, not just in spirit but in name: TriBEL, honoring both the Holy Trinity and the three lives I’m called to lead by example. They are the reason I show up with integrity, strategy, and strength.
My transition from classroom to consulting was not a career shift, it was a divine assignment. Through prayer and obedience, I began building a firm rooted in purpose, driven by strategy, and committed to social change. TriBEL Consulting is my offering to the world, a space where organizations are empowered, stories are translated into funding, and missions are transformed into sustainable impact.
